Fitlab South Melbourne Membership Packages

There are a variety of membership programs to suit your lifestyle and goals.

We offer memberships for group, personal and hybrid training, as well as nutrition programs to add on to each membership. Prices start at $60 per week.

The fundamentals phase is recommended for all new CrossFitters as it combines personal and group training, and is designed to get you results quick!

The excel phase is recommended for experienced CrossFitters who are ready to continue their fitness journey in group classes.

During your Initial Consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to find the right membership for your lifestyle and goals.

If you're an experienced CrossFitter and keen to jump straight into groups, you can book your trial class here and we will do your consultation with your first class.

FAQ's

By direct debit, fortnightly. Each debit can be made from your card or bank account, and will incur a transaction fee.

We can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year, at a minimum of two weeks at a time. We’ll also fix you up with some online programming and a nutrition guide to follow to ensure that you’re keeping healthy on the road.

Each membership has a 3 month minimum commitment. This gives enough time for you to build new habits and get significant results. After this first 3 months, you can suspend your membership at any time.

Sure. If your circumstances change, we can apply the relevant changes to your membership with no additional cost.

We do not. We don’t believe in throwing you into a group class hoping you’ll be able to swim. Instead, we’d like to get to know you. Your goals, health history, and starting point is important when prescribing any fitness modality. This is all covered in our No Sweat Introduction, where you’ll come down and meet our Head Coach, discuss your goals, and see if FitLab is right for you.

If you’re an existing Crossfitter and would like to drop into a class, you can purchase a single session here.

Membership cancellation requests can be made by writing to [email protected]. Members must give at least 14 days notice for cancellations, and any payments scheduled during this time will be made as normal.
