A: Snatch (4 x 2 @ 70%)

B: Clean Pull + 2 x Clean (5 Sets @ 75%)

C: Push Jerk in Split (5 x 3 @ 30-40%)

Work on timing of lockout and use of legs to absorb the load.

D: Split Jerk (5 x 2 @ 75%)

E: Back Squat (6 x 3 @ 78%)

F: Barbell Jumping Squat (6 x 5 barbell only)
