A: Snatch (4 x 2 @ 65%)
B: Clean and Jerk (3 x 2 @ 65%)
C: Snatch Push Press + O/Head Squat (3 + 3 x 4 @ 65% of Snatch)
Each Set consists of 3 Snatch Push Press then 3 OHS.
