A: Hang Power Snatch (4 x 3 @60%)

B: Hang Clean & Push Jerk (4 x 3 @60%)

Above the Knee

C: Back 1/4 Squats (3@100%, 2@105%, 2@110%, 2@115%)

Squat to a depth which is HALF WAY between Start position and parallel.

D: Romanian Deadlifts (4 x 3 @ 90%)

If you have NO experience with RDLs start with approximately 40-50% of your max Clean.
