B: Snatch (3 x 1 @ 70%)

C: Clean Deadlift (3 x 2 @ 110%(of Clean))

D: Back Squat (5 x 1 @ 87%)

Follow each set with 3 Box Jumps

E: KB Side Bend (3 x 10 Each Side)
