A: Split Jerk (Heavy Single then 1 @ 90%, 2 x 1 @ 80%)

B: Push Press (3 x 3 @ 80%(of Push Press))

C: Muscle Snatch (Heavy Single)

D: GHD Situps (3 x 15)

Or Weighted Hanging knee raises(no kipping)
