A: Snatch (6 x 2 @ 75%)

B: Snatch Grip Push Press (5 x 5 @ 60%)

Behind the neck out of the racks. Focus on aggressive lock out and locking in the upper back and trunk.

C: Halting Snatch Grip Deadlift (5 x 4 @ 100%(Snatch 1RM))

Pause for 3 sec below knee cap. Control eccentric as well.
