C: Snatch Pull (3×3@100%)

D: Front Squat (2@60%, 2@70%, 2@80%, 2@85%, 3×2@90%)

E: Back 1/4 Squats (2@100%, 3×2@105%)

Squat to a depth which is HALF WAY between Start position and parallel.
5 Box Jumps after each set.
