A: Low Hang Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

Below Knee

B: Clean Pull + 2 x Clean (6 sets @ 85%)

C: Push Press/Split Jerk Complex (2-2-2-2-2)

Warm up using the Push Jerk in Split exercise.

D: Back Squat (6 x 3 @ 85%)

Follow each set with 3 Box Jumps.

E: Barbell Jumping Squat (5 x 5 (barbell))
