A: 2 Position Snatch (2 Sets @ 75%, 2 Sets @ 80%)

1 x From Floor

1 x From Above Knee

B: Snatch Pull (5 x 5 @ 96%)

C: Snatch Grip Push Press (5 x 5 @ 78%)

Behind the neck out of the racks. Focus on aggressive lock out and locking in the upper back and trunk.

D: Back Squat (2 x 5 @ 75%, 4 x 5 @ 80%)
