A: Power Clean + Clean (4 Sets @ 75%)

B: Snatch Balance (2 x 3 @ 70%, 2 x 3 @ 75%, 3/80%)

C: Push Press (5 x 5 @ 80%)

D: Snatch Lift Off (5 x 5 @ 95%)

Snatch Deadlift to BELOW knee
3 second pause below knee and control eccentric back to the floor. Minimal noise from bar touching floor.
