A: Hang Snatch (5 x 2 @ 80%)

Above the knee

B: Clean and Jerk (Singles to max (no more than 2 misses/10 attempts))

C: Snatch Lift Off (4 x 4 @ 90%)

Snatch Deadlift to BELOW knee
Hold for 3 sec at knee. Return bar to the ground softly and under control.

D: Back Squat (4/50, 4/60, 4/70, 6/70, 6/70)
