A: Power Snatch + Snatch ((1 + 2) 2 Sets @ 70%, 3 Sets @ 75%)

Each set comprises of 1 x Power Snatch + 2 x Snatches

B: Split Jerk (5 x 3 @ 75%)

C: Clean Pull (5 x 5 @ 93%)

D: Back Squat (6/65%, 6/70%, 6/75%, 2 x 5 @ 80%)
