A: Power Snatch + Snatch ((1 + 2) 2 Sets @ 65%, 3 Sets @ 70%)

Each set comprises of 1 x Power Snatch + 2 x Snatches.

B: Split Jerk (2 x 3 @ 70%, 3 x 3 @ 75%)

C: Clean Pull (4 x 7 @ 90%)

D: Back Squat (8/60%, 8/65%, 6/70%, 2 x 6 @ 75%)

E: Hanging Knee Raises (3 x 15)

Strict-No Kipping
