A: Power Clean + Clean ((1 + 2) 2 Sets @ 65%, 3 Sets @ 70%)

Each set comprises of 1 x Power Clean + 2 x Cleans.

B: Snatch Balance (2 x 3 @ 60%, 3 @ 65%, 2 x 3 @ 70%)

If you don’t have a 1RM for Snatch Balance work off your Snatch PR.

C: Push Press (5 x 5 @ 75%)

Conditioning

D: Metcon (Time)

100m Sprint

10 x Broad Jumps

10 x Pull-Ups
