A: Snatch (5 x 3 @ 70-80%)

B: Snatch Pull (4 x 4 @ 95%)

C: Pause Back Squat (3-3-3-3)

Honest 2 second pause in the bottom position. Build in weight each set. If you cut the depth or don’t pause long enough it is too HEAVY.
