Push jerk 3-3-3

A: Shoulder Press (2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2)

B: Push Press (2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2)

C: Push Jerk (2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2)

Try to increase the load across every set of all three exercises.
