B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In pairs, complete AMRAP in 18 mins of:

100m Run

10 x Over Box Burpees

10 x Reverse Lunges

One partner completes 1 full round, while

other partner holds plank, then swap.

C: Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (3 x 5 each leg)
