A: Paused Front Squat (5 x 3)

2s pause in bottom of each rep

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete AMRAP in 10 mins of:

10 x Box Jump Overs

10 x Hang Power Cleans

10 x Push Ups
