A: Paused Front Squat (5 x 3 Front or Goblet Sqt with 22X1 Tempo)

22X1 squat contains a 2s descent, 2s paused at the bottom, standing up as fast as possible, and 1s before the next rep.

B: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Complete 5 rds, each for time of:

6 x Power Snatches

8 x Front Rack Lunges

10 x Toes to Bar/ V Sit Ups

12 x Hang Clean and Jerk

Rest 1 min b/w rounds
