Strict Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete AMRAP in 20 mins of:

5 x Strict Pull-Ups

10 x Push-Ups

15 x Squats
Can be scaled to: 3/6/9 or 4/8/12 to maintain speed!

Sub pull-ups for rows, assisted pull-ups, jumping pull-ups (no slow lowering).

Squat to a ball/low box to maintain depth.
