Min 1: 10 x Cossacks

Min 2: 15 x Hollow Rocks

Min 3: 15 x Push-ups

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

‘Mini Mary’

Complete AMRAP in 10 mins of:

5 x HSPU (Wall, Knees, Feet on chair etc)

10 x Alternating Pistols

15 x Odd Object Bent Over Rows (or Pull-Ups, Rows to a rail etc)
