FITLAB – CrossFit 3000 – Olympic Lifting

A: Snatch (2 x 2 @ 65%, 3 x 1 @ 70%)

B: Snatch Grip Push Press (4 x 4 @ 77%) Behind the neck out of the racks. Focus on aggressive lock out and locking in the upper back and trunk.

C: Snatch Grip Deadlift (3 x 3 @ 115%)
