FITLAB – CrossFit 3000 – Olympic Lifting

A: Snatch + Overhead Squat (1 + 2 @ 80% x 4 Sets)

B: Clean Pull + Clean + Hang Clean (5 Sets @ 80%)

C: Snatch Balance (Heavy Single then drop 25% for 2 x 2)

D: Back Squat (5 x 2 @ 80%)
