A: Snatch (Heavy Single then 4 x 1 @ 90% of that)

B: Clean and Jerk (Heavy Single then 3 x 1 @ 90 % of that)

C: Back Squat (Today’s Clean Max 3 x 3 )

D: Clean Deadlift (3 x 2 @ 125%(of clean))
