FITLAB – CrossFit 3000 – Olympic Lifting

A: Split Jerk (Heavy single then 1 x 90%, 2 x 1 @ 80%)

B: Push Press (3 x 3 @ 84%)

C: Muscle Snatch (Heavy single)

D: Back Squat (5 x 1 @ 87%)

Follow each set with 3 box jumps
