A: Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat (1 + 2 @ 75% (of Snatch) x 3 Sets)

B: Power Snatch (3 x 1 @ 75%)

C: Power Clean + Jerk (3 x 1 @ 75%)

C: Clean Pull (3 x 3 @ 105%(of Clean))

D: Back Squat (3 x 2 @ 84%)

Follow each set immediately with 3 box jumps
