Strength/Overhead Strength Week 3

FITLAB – CrossFit 3000 – Olympic Lifting

A: Split Jerk (2 x 2 @ 80%, 2 x 2 @ 85%)

B: Jerk Dip Squat (3/90, 3/95, 3/100 (of Jerk))

Simulate exact position of the Jerk Dip NOT a Squat. Vertical torso and knees/toes flare out on the dip.

C: Snatch Grip Push Press (5/70, 5/75, 2 x 5 @ 80%(of Snatch))

Behind the neck out of the racks. Focus on aggressive lock out and locking in the upper back and trunk.

D: Front Squat (5 x 3 @ 83%)
