FITLAB – CrossFit 3000 – Olympic Lifting

A: Overhead Squat (buils to 1 @ 80% then 2 x 2 @ 65%)

B: Split Jerk (Heavy Single then 3 x 1 @ 80% of that)

C: Clean Pull (3 x 3 @ 90%)

D: Back Squat (5 x 3 @ 75%)
