A: Deadlift (12 mins to build to a Heavy Triple)

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner;

Complete AMRAP in 20 mins of:

400m Run (Together)

50 x DB Thrusters (Light)

30 x Pull-Ups

Break up the Thrusters and Pull-Ups any way you want!
