A: Snatch Balance (2-2-2-2-2)
Work on timing of the feet shifting to squat position simultaneously with locking out elbows and punching under.
B: Push Press/Split Jerk Complex (2 x Push Press + 1 x Split Jerk (5 Sets))
Focus on complete leg drive and extension.
