A: Snatch Pull (6 x 4 @ 85%)

B: Clean Lift Off (6 x 4 @ 80%)

Lift and pause at knee for 3 seconds then control back down.

C: Back Squat (6 x 4 @ 75%)

D: Barbell Jumping Squat (4 x 8 @ Empty Bar)
