A: Snatch Complex (5 Sets @ 60-70% of Snatch)

Snatch High Pull + Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS

B: Halting Snatch Grip Deadlift (5 x 4 @ 70%)

3 Second pause at Mid thigh then lower bar to the ground under control.

C: Front Squat (5 x 4 @ 70%)

3 second pause at bottom.
