Complete AMRAP in 8 mins of:

10 x Reverse Burpees

10 x Alternating Pistols

10m + 20m + 30m Shuttle Run

(10m out & back, 20m out & back, then 30m out & back)

B: Metcon (Distance)

10 x Max Effort Broad Jumps

C: Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (5 x 10 each leg)

**Try and add 1-2 kg from last week**
