Even – 12 x Alternating Pistols

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Mins Ascending Ladder of:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc Rope Climbs

8, 16, 24, 32, 40 etc Push-Ups

C: Pause Back Squat (5 x 2 with 2 Sec Pause at bottom of each rep)
