FITLAB CrossFit 3000 Class Schedule

Your session runs for approximately 60 minutes. Make sure you check the workout before you come in case there are any special requirements for your session (for example, if you see rope climbs in the WOD, you should bring along long pants etc.).

* Olympic Weightlifting – this class is not for beginners. A minimum of 3 months CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting experience is needed for this class. Suitable for the intermediate to advanced lifters.

Visiting CrossFitters

We welcome visitors of other regional/interstate/overseas affiliates with a min of 3 months CrossFit experience to most of our classes. Please head over to our Visiting CrossFitters page for more information and find out how you can book in (click here). 

Casual sessions are not available to local CrossFitters, however if you would like to join us and become a member of the CF3000 community, please read our Getting Started page and get in contact with us.
